It is a little trick you can use to your advantage. What the Google Search Bar does is to suggest to you top, relevant keywords. So, when you go to Google, and you type in the word that starts the keyword string, you will see that Google will automatically guess what phrase you are trying to make a query for. And this is a great entry level method of determining the most-searched key-phrases.
This is made possible by Google’s algorithm, which captures the popular phrases people are punching in in the search bar. For instance, if you own a coffee cafe, and you want to see the top keywords for your business, you can type in the word “cafe” and then hit the space bar. The Google bar will show about three to four other phrases under what you have typed. Now, look at these phrases and see if they match your products or services. Do this again and again, by adding an alphabet after space. So, the next round of search will be to type in “cafe,” then hit the space bar to leave a space, and then type in “a.” Note the suggestions and replace the “a” with “b.” You can do this in different variations until you have about 50 key-phrases that you can optimise your website for.
